For easiest processing, orders may be placed through our secure shopping cart system. Alternatively, you may download our order form and return it by fax or mail. We also accept orders by phone. Call (585) 475-6766, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern time. Orders on in-stock items are normally processed one business day after they are received.

Payment Methods
Accepted credit cards: Visa and MasterCard only.
Checks or money orders must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars, made payable to "Cary Press."

Shipping
Shipping charges are based on package weight and destination. Upon checkout you will be presented with the option of Priority Mail (1-3 days), Parcel Post (2-9 days), Media Mail (2-9 days; books, videos, and CDs only; no cards, posters, or other gift items), or Priority Mail International (6-10 days). Need it faster? Express and rush deliveries are available for an additional charge. Call us for a special shipping quote, we can normally ship same day via FedEx.

Purchase Orders
Institutional, library, and retailer purchase orders are accepted from United States and Canadian companies and organizations.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped within New York state. If you are ordering from a tax-exempt organization, please submit your order by mail, fax, or phone.

In-Person Sales
Items may be purchased in person at the Lawson Center, on the second floor of Wallace Library at RIT, adjacent to the Melbert B. Cary, Jr. Graphic Arts Collection. We are typically open 9-5 Monday through Friday, but feel free to call ahead to ensure we will be available.
